Q: What equipment do you use?
A: We use Canon DSLRS for photo and video, Flash, Lights, Tripod, Monopod, Glidecam, Crane, Sliders, Audio
Recorders, Laptops and other photo and video production equipments.

Q: How do I book my event?
A: Check the availability of your wedding date thru email, call or sms us. Set an appointment for the details, 
contract signing and down payment; or you could deposit the down payment thru bank and we will send the contract thru email.

Q: What time do you usually arrive on a wedding day?
A: We arrive at the preparation area of the groom and bride 5 hours before the ceremony at the church starts.

Q: Why is your services priced higher than others offering photo and video?
A: We make sure high quality equipments and talented photographers and videographers capture your precious
 event. We priced it to our lowest possible price but highest possible quality.

Q: There are lots of photo and video companies out there. Why should we choose your company?
A: every company has its own style and characteristics no one can produce the same output because its ART for
 every company. If you liked our work, pricing, terms of payment and workflow in submitting final album and
video then don't hesitate to book your big event to us.

Q: How long before we can get/see our pictures/videos?
A: We will give you a DVD containing RAW PHOTOS after 1-2 weeks of the shoot. Then, we will give you the 
Final Album and Video 3-4 Months after your event.

Q: How many pictures are we expecting to get?
A: 2,000-4,000 Digital Photos on a DVD

Q: How long will be our final video?
A: The final video will be 15-30 minutes cinematic style with instrumental,music,acoustic or etc. to enhance
 the video

Q: What is SDE which is included to your highest package?
A: Same-day Edit or Onsite Video is a video presentation consist of footages from preparation to reception. its
 a music video for you and your guest to see details of the event.

Q: We are just going to get your wedding photo services; Are you going to edit our pictures?
A: Yes we enhance photo that we create to give you memorable and quality service.

Q: Do you offer other photo services?
A: Yes. We also shoot birthdays, events, debuts, anniversaries, baptism, portraits and we do home studio 
service. We also shoot editorial,fashion,advertising photo and video for magazines, ad campaigns and other 
promotional materials

Q: Do you offer services outside metro manila and abroad?
A: Yes. please email us or call us up for our out of town charges.

Q: Do you accept pencil booking?
A: Sorry we don't. We make sure our schedules are precise to every client to make our service better.

Q: Do you recommend trusted wedding suppliers?
A: Yes we do recommend other wedding suppliers such as Make-up artist, event stylist, coordinator, couture, etc. if you already booked your wedding with us.

Q: How many weddings do you accept?
A: We only accept a maximum of 8-10 Weddings a month to provide highest quality to every album and video 
we provide

Q: Do you also accept double wedding per day?
A: No we don't accept 2 wedding event on the same day. we only focus ourselves on 1 wedding to give our 
clients our finest skills and styles on there event.

Q: A family member of mine has a camera, would it be ok for him/her to shoot on our wedding?
A: Yes they may shoot. but will not be allowed to interrupt our photo shoot directing,coaching and other stuff.

Q: Is it ok if we get a backup photographer?
A: Yes its ok.
